I had a great experience working with the Beem Team and specifically my broker Dan Herbst. This was my first commercial purchase and the process was definitely more involved than the typical home purchase. Everything was handled professionally and all questions I had were answered as quickly as possible. My broker Dan was always a step ahead & prepared, which I greatly appreciated. Dan took a lot of the stress out of this purchase which I appreciated!
